Bunk Capacity:150

All participants must stay in a bunk in a cabin. RV, tent, and car camping is NOT allowed.

Bunk Reservation is available when you buy a ticket. A bunk is guaranteed for each ticket holder. You may NOT hold a bunk for a friend, they must pick the bunk on their ticket. Players are expected to work together over sleeping arrangements as needed, ignoring In-Game alliances if need be.

You are In-Game while you sleep. Reserved for medical reasons, you may request an OOG Bunk with the Safety Team when you check-in on-site. Learn more about OOG Bunks in the RULEBOOK.

All cabins are heated, have electricity, and sleep 6-8 each. Matresses are provided. You must bring your own bedding, etc.

Some cabins are reserved and/or have the following exceptions:

• Mission Control - Cabin Group 8 are Out-of-Game and reserved for Staff and Full Time NPCs.
• Cyberlab - Cantina Cabin B, Right Side, is a special In-Game area, see the RULEBOOK.
• Imperial Outpost- reserved for Empire Faction members.
• Accessibility Accommodations - Cantina Cabins A, B, and C each has a bathroom, Cabin A has a ramp entrance. Parlor Combat ONLY. Bunks are open for anyone, however priority for those with health requirements are given.

Sector Zero Cantina is the Dining Hall with two restrooms, an office, and the only kitchen on-site.

The office is used for Logistics Check-in before Game On, the In-Game Town Council office, and a general use In-Game private room.

Kitchen

A commercial-sized kitchen in the Dining Hall, and is the only kitchen on-site.

Only Staff is permitted to use the stove, oven, and other kitchen facilities.

Players may store food in the pantry and walk-in refridgerator, considered Out-of-Game.

Available and provided to everyone:

• Dishware and utensils are provided by the camp and Galaxy Awaits, but cannot leave the Dining Hall.
• A microwave located on the kitchen counter.
• Coffee and hot water located on the kitchen counter.
• Ice water, soda (and other various drinks) located at the Cantina bar.
• Drinking water fountain behind the Cantina bar.

The Kitchen is In-Game and Parlor Combat only.

All bathrooms are Out-of-Game areas. Bathrooms are found throughout the campsite in bathroom/shower buildings, inside the Dining Hall, and inside the Cabins next to the Dining Hall.

Decorating your cabin is highly encouraged as those are In-Game spaces for combat and role-play.

DO NOT use push pins, nails, tacks, duct tape, packing tape, and anything that damages the cabin or peels paint.

You may use masking tape to affix something to the walls or around the door. Curtain rods are installed for use. Ceiling hooks are available in some cabins.

Outdoor fires are permitted only in designated areas, provided no burn restrictions are in effect. Fires may not be left unattended, and Parlor Combat rules apply. You must bring your own firewood.

Pop-up canopies, pavilions, and other similiar structures, are prohibited.

Electric appliances, other than those provided in the Dining Hall, are prohibited in all buildings.

Sorry, pets are NOT allowed as per Millersylvania Retreat Center rules. If you have a service animal, we require your service animal to be comfortable around LARPing, but you still must get permission from the park ranger and provide us with proof of exception to bring your service animal.

Located at the cabana next to Cantina Cabin B. Please do not smoke anywhere else in the Retreat Center. Note that cannabis is prohibited in State Parks.
